Is the artwork hand-painted?

Yes, our artwork is 100% hand-painted by the SunnyPals team.

If direct painting isn't possible due to product size or production methods, we’ll first create a digital version of the artwork and then transfer it to the final product using high-quality printing to ensure the best possible results.

Understanding our art style

Our pet portraits are whimsical, fun, and creative—not realistic representations. While we'll capture your pet's unique personality and charm, please understand that the final artwork may have some artistic differences.

Due to high order volumes, specific details of each custom piece are determined at our artistic discretion. Currently, we're unable to accept particular requests such as your pet's clothing or what it's eating, but feel free to let us know if you have any specific ideas—we'll do our best to accommodate!

I'm not satisfied—what can I do?

If you're not satisfied with the final artwork, we'd be happy to make adjustments or redo it for you at no extra cost until you're happy with the result.

In the unlikely event you're still unsatisfied after our best efforts, simply let us know—we'll gladly provide a full refund.

Can I request a product that's not listed in your shop?

Absolutely! Feel free to get in touch—we can customise most pet-related products available on the market, even if they aren't listed on our site.

You can also request artwork painted directly onto products (such as an oil painting on canvas). This may require a longer turnaround time, so please contact us for more details.

How do I provide my pet’s photo and details?

Simply upload a photo of your pet and share their unique traits or preferences on the product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel or change your order. As long as we haven't started working on it, we'll happily assist you.

I have an exotic pet—can I still order custom art?

Absolutely! We've created artwork featuring lizards, snakes, rabbits, and even a ridiculously handsome horse—plus many more! 

So don’t hold back, send us your exotic pet. We love a challenge!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current turnaround time is about one month. Once your order is ready, we'll hand it over to the carrier immediately. Shipping typically takes under 10 business days for most destinations, but the final delivery time may vary depending on your country and region.
